The COVID-19 pandemic has precipitated a surge in the utilization of digital displays, in addition to the primary infection itself. This research aims to investigate the potential correlation between COVID-19 infection and screening time with the manifestation of acquired color vision deficiencies. A cohort of 50 subjects, aged between 20 and 30 years and devoid of congenital color vision impairments, was subjected to an assessment utilizing the Ishihara Test 38 Plates version and the Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue Test. The acquired data were subject to dual validation methodologies: comparative analysis against previously reported studies and comprehensive statistical scrutiny. The most significant outcomes derived from this investigation substantiate that neither COVID-19 infection nor prolonged usage of digital screens engender perceptible acquired deficiencies in color vision in young adults
