The purpose of the work is the development of an optical system for lidar operating in the volume of an ultra-small spacecraft of the CubeSat standard. The object of observation are areas of thinning of the ozone layer due to increased human exposure, substances that are the product of industrial emissions, such as chlorine and bromine-containing particles that are ozone-depleting. In the course of this work, the optical scheme of the lidar was developed, in accordance with the properties of ozone, the necessary radiation source was selected with optimal characteristics for interaction with the target, the energy calculation of the satellite systems was performed, and the satellite orbit was selected. The results of the work were obtained under the grant from the Russian Science Foundation and St.Petersburg Science Foundation (agreement № 22-29-20186 and № 03/2022).
