Dirac-type Equation Describing Photons That Producing Particle Pattern, Transition Pattern, and Interference Pattern in Double Slit Experiment

It was shown that there are Particle patterns near the double slit (called Zone-1), Interference patterns near the detector (called Zone-3), and Transition patterns between Particle pattern and Interference pattern (called Zone-2) in the double slit experiment. Particle patterns and Transition patterns are non-wave patterns. We propose Dirac-type equation to describe how photons produce above three patterns.
