A three-level Transmon device, which mediates the capacitive coupling between a resonant transmission line and a nanoelectromechanical system, can be conceptually redefined as a Hamiltonian of a staircase configuration. From this, we solve the steady state of the Transmon level transition operators via the master equation with cascade decays, after which we conduct a detailed analysis of the resulting scattering and absorption spectra. By establishing specific relationships between the relevant coupling and decay constants, we noted the presence of a remarkable transparency window in the spectrum, attributed to the influence of mechanical proof. This distinctive structure is identified as Electromagnetically Induced Transparency, highlighting a peculiar interaction between the devices in the hybrid circuit.
