Method for extracting multi-object waves from single images recorded by angular multiplexing in digital holography

We propose a novel algorithm using Gabor wavelets to extract multiple object waves in a single image recorded with angular multiplexing. Angular multiplexing is generated by holograms obtained from the LEDs placed in a ring. Experimental results show the validity and applicability of the method for a digital holographic microscope equipped with a LED ring. The proposed method can be used for real-time bio-cell image acquisition.
