We present a monolithically integrated dual-comb generator system based on indium phosphide. The system comprises two gain-switched semiconductor ring lasers, which function as slave lasers under optical injection. Optical frequency comb generation is achieved at various repetition rates ranging from 2 GHz to 500 MHz. Additionally, we demonstrate dual-comb generation with compression factors ranging from 20 to 50,000. These results highlight the versatility of the proposed system for tunable dual-comb generation and underscore its potential for applications in high-resolution spectroscopy, optical metrology, and ranging.
